Headliners "R" Us is who you should call if you want fast, professional service. I called them, they answered, the next day they came to my job and installed a brand new headliner that looked like it came from the factory. Frequently Asked Questions
We do guarantee our workmanship, however we are not responsible for your fabric choice if you supplied your own fabrics, and our fabric distributors are pretty reasonable if there is an issue of quality on a fabric purchased through us.
Our current turnaround time is approx. 2 weeks, but please remember quality is our #1 goal and sometimes quality takes time. If you have a dealine date, try to get it in 2 weeks prior to your deadline. If this is impossible, we will do our best to try to meet your deadline.
Yes. There may be a charge depending on where you live, ranging from $20-$80 (ONE TIME CHARGE).
Yes. We offer free estimates but because of gas prices there are two exceptions:
If it is an insurance estimate there will be a small fee that we will credit you if you do the job.
If you live a significant distance from our store we will charge a $25 fee that will be deducted from your total if you contract us for your job.
For the most part we can. From doggy damage, seams pulling apart, foam going too soft, some vinyl/leather repairs, we can handle the problem. Some can be done in the home as well.
No. We suggest trying a clothing tailor.
For the most part, no. We suggest trying a tent & awning repair shop.
You will have 30 days after completion to either set up delivery or to pick up your furniture. If you are unable to, you will need to make satisfactory arrangements with management. If you drop off your furniture of have it picked up, you have 30 days to bring in fabrics or make arrangements to have the work done. After 30 days we reserve the right to sell, donate, or dispose of the furniture. Any job that must be held for more than 30 days will generate a storage fee of $20/month.
If you feel that your furniture is well made, it fits in the area where you want to use it and, except for fabric, you like it then it certainly is worth reupholstering! The foam cushions may need to be replaced, and new foam makes a world of difference too! Your furniture will look and feel brand new after we reupholster it. We will honestly tell you if a piece is not worth reupholstering because we do not want to be responsible for any job in which the final result is not of the highest quality. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
The furniture that you already own may well be of better construction than a lot of the new furniture on the market today. Plus, with thousands of different fabrics to choose from, you can select the perfect style and color if you choose to reupholster.
